This is part of the BONZI' Throttle Cable Assembly that is a machined aluminum piece which attaches to the butterfly arm on the carburetor with an arm that hooks up to your throttle cable.
For Walbro WT-644 and WT-813 carburetors.
How do I tell if I have a WT-813 or a WT-813A carb?
If you purchased a Walbro WT-813 carb from BONZI' on June 16, 2008 or after, it is the new WT-813A. If you purchased it before then from us, it is a WT-813, which requires the smaller bore size throttle arm standoff. You can also check on the carb itself where the number is stamped accordingly.
