Contacting BONZÍ:

There are many ways to contact us here at BONZÍ Sports. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM. Technical Support hours are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8AM-8:30AM and 1:00-1:30PM. Please limit your calls to these times, or contact us through e-mail. We are located just north of Indianapolis, Indiana, which puts us on Eastern time, the same as New York City.

We can often be reached after hours and even sometimes on weekends too. Feel free to leave us a voicemail after hours. The easiest way to contact us is through e-mail. We try our best to answer e-mails within 2 business days, depending on how busy we get!

We pride ourselves in customer service. If there is anything at all that you need, please do not hesitate to let us know through one of our various methods of contact. We ship internationally on a daily basis so feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.  We strive to please you, the customer, in any way that we can. No question/concern/order is too big or too small!
